3. Eligibility
Clients and individuals engaging with our services must:

- Enter into legally binding agreements

4. Service Agreements
All engagements will be governed by a separate service agreement detailing the scope of work, pricing, schedule, and payment terms. These agreements must be signed before service commencement.
5. Pricing and Payments
Pricing for services will be communicated in the official quotation or service agreement. Payment terms are typically due within 14 or 30 days of invoice, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may incur additional charges.
6. Staff Conduct and Compliance
All staff provided by WASE Support Services:
- Are trained and vetted according to UK industry standards
- Hold the required licenses or certifications where applicable (e.g., SIA license for security personnel, DBS checks for healthcare staff)
- Are expected to act professionally and comply with health, safety, and employment regulations
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients must:
- Provide a safe and respectful working environment
- Notify WASE Support Services of any changes or incidents involving our personnel
- Ensure access to necessary facilities and information for task completion
8. Cancellations and Terminations
Either party may terminate a service agreement with notice as per contract terms. Early termination by the client may incur cancellation charges if within a stipulated period. WASE Support Services reserves the right to withdraw services for non-compliance or misconduct.
9. Liability and Insurance
WASE Support Services maintains appropriate insurance for public liability, employer’s liability, and professional indemnity. We are not liable for:
- Delays due to circumstances beyond our control
- Loss or damages unless caused by our direct negligence
10. Data Protection
We comply with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR). Personal data collected for staffing and service purposes is handled securely and not shared without consent, except where legally required.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising shall be resolved in the courts of the United Kingdom.
